Here's the original animation I was planning for *Ambiguous-Pirate's avatar contest. The motion is quite high, so I ended up settling with a simple zoom effect seen at [link]

It's also a whopping 212kb.

Done in Blender, and the Gimp.

I like this one better than the other one - the zoom effect is far too perfect to not make it better. That would have taken me hours to make; it shouldnt go to waste!
